SANYpet – FORZA10 was born with the mission to solve the principle food-borne pathologies affecting dogs and cats and maintain their well-being, guaranteeing this in every phase of life. All formulas are developed and created respecting three fundamental principles: avoiding raw materials contaminated by toxic chemical and pharmacological residues; integrating the indispensable levels of Omega3; applying specific pools of botanical substances, capable of modulating immune system activities and performing an important detoxifying, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant action.

The selection and supervision of pristine locations

We fully control the raw materials we apply, sourcing them from the world’s most un-spoilt locations and strictly adhering to extensive farming only. This is possible thanks to our relentless application of Italian human-grade cereal sources and proteins from countries far from any industrial activities, including Iceland.

FORZA10 wet food and snacks are created in two facilities applying local sourcing, located in un-spoilt Iceland, right next to the fishing docks and the island’s pastures. ArcticPet produces wet food, ArcticSnack creates the snacks and treats.

Fresh, quality-assured raw materials

The raw materials, perfectly preserved thanks to typical Icelandic temperatures, arrive in our factories just hours after slaughtering or fish processing, with daily preparation and delivery; consequently, they are not subjected to any freezing cycles. When processing, the meat and fish temperatures are kept low, at about 3-5°C, ensuring excellent bacterial load control and optimally preserving all the nutrients present, including proteins and fats.

Manufacturing which safeguards nature

Our foods avoid all thermal shocks during manufacturing, with very low processing speeds ensuring coarse ground raw materials; this avoids the meat heating generated by typical high speed cutting systems, which generate fat separation and protein degradation. Our processes forgo the emulsifiers and mills which result in creamed products hiding the raw material quality, rather we ensure there is no mechanical stress so the food can maintain its best nutritional, sensory and visual quality. By treating all raw materials with such safeguards, we need not resort to technical or chemical interventions, thereby offering a total absence of chemical preservatives, phosphates, colorants, emulsifiers and stabilizers.

Food preservation is guaranteed by careful product sterilization applying highly innovative technologies; once canned and closed in airtight containers, it is subjected to a heat treatment which is maintained until optimal sterilization is achieved, with a continuous supervision of all measured control parameters. This process guarantees the total reduction of any living bacterial form, contemporaneously preserving the product’s nutritional and organoleptic properties for its entire lifetime.
